Windsor, New Hampshire
Getting There
An hour and a half from Boston, three from New York, and the last mile is dirt.
Windsor Mountain Summer Camp
1 World Way
Windsor, NH 03244
Driving
The camp is signed from the road, but the final approach is a dirt road through the woods. Take it slowly — it is narrower than it looks and there will be people walking on it.
Parking
Follow the signs to the field. There will be someone directing cars from mid-morning. Carpool if you can; the field is large but the road in is single-track.
Phone signal
Patchy at best, once you are on the property. Download your directions before you leave the main road, and tell anyone expecting to reach you that you will be out of contact for the day.
Accessibility
The main buildings and the dining hall are reachable by car and the ground around them is level. Paths to the lake and the campfire are packed dirt and uneven in places. Tell us on the RSVP form what you need and we will make sure it works.
If you get lost
Call or text Thomas Herman — but expect to lose signal near the camp, so ring before the last few miles. tjherman16@gmail.com
